I stumbled on a magazine some days ago and it was brimming with great opportunities for everyone. Newcastle City Learning is offering short-term courses ranging from basic courses in literacy and numeracy to such relatively more advanced courses as creative writing, social welfare and foreign language and culture learning. What is more? Some of these courses are free and those that are not are very, very, I repeat, very affordable!
